Excellent care for my son who was suffering with an in-growing toenail. Joanne and Cansu put us at ease and gave us excellent advice about the treatment available. The nail surgery went smoothly and clear after-care instructions were given as well as a check-up the following day and after six weeks. Empathic, professional and prompt treatment. First visit following an ankle injury relapse. I was impressed with the immediacy of receiving an appointment and the evaluation process during my examination. Very friendly and competent with some new options for strengthening and stretching as well as ordering new orthotics to replace my ageing pair.Very good, I would recommend if you have foot issues.

Kay, the podiatrist was very thorough examining my daughter’s sport injury. She had an ultrasound to determine the extent of the problems and used laser treatment to aid the recovery. A new boot was given to her as the one the hospital had issued wasn’t suitable. She explained everything in detail to us both. A fantastic service from start to finish.

Went to the clinic just before Christmas for a minor treatment after finding them online.. I’m so glad I chose to go here as it’s brilliant! Excellence throughout this 1st appointment; from point of contact, comprehensive communication by email and text prior to attending. The practice premises are new, fresh, clean and shout "professionalism" throughout. Anna's expertise and advice shared during the treatment left me feeling valued, better informed for after care; this clinic has a totally expert staff who can be trusted, so I will return in 4 weeks for follow up treatments with the confidence of being well looked after.

Words cannot describe how brilliant the staff are after struggling with very severe ingrown toenails for months I was treated within 30 minutes for a very reasonable and affordable price and felt so much better straight away. First just to confirm, this is a completely independent review, as I have no connections with the clinic. Today was my first appointment there, and I'm pleased to say that it won't be my last. Having had long ongoing nail problems with skin sensitivity issues, as an ex-dancer, I was dreading going and felt quite anxious - especially as previous chiropodists had never really got to the root of the problem, therefore things had got progressively worse. In the first place, I was impressively fitted in here at extremely short notice between bank holidays. On arrival, I liked the environment: relaxed, calm, light, airy, and rather spa-like. From the receptionist to staff I chatted to while waiting, to my chosen podiatrist Annia, they could not have been better to meet and deal with. Annia was very welcoming and professional, somehow eased my anxiety, and greatly improved my toes - and the clincher - without any pain (for some weeks I had panicked that my throbbing big toenail was about to drop off). Result and relief! I also briefly met Lisa who seemed like another foot angel. The ladies here obviously care greatly about their work and you feel listened to, attended to, and worked with, as a person. That to me equals real service. Which when you're dealing with something as essential as feet, is priceless...next time I shall go with a spring in my step...
